       Gas Turbine Simulator Downloads

These are fully functional simulators. You may download them for evaluation for a period for 14 days.
After downloading, unzip the file and the installation guide gives instructions on how to install the simulators.

You only need to unzip the files into a folder and run the simulator/s from that folder. There are no more setup programs for these simulators. You can create a short cut and instructions are given in the installation document enclosed in the downloaded zip file.

Dependency files
Normally Windows 7 onwards have the necessary “dependency” files already install on your computer. All these “dependency” files are included in the zipped file you download from the GPAL website.

To register any missing dependency files (for example MSCOMCTL.OCX) do the following:

1) Right click on Command Prompt on your computer and select "Run As Administrator".
2) Move to the folder where the simulators and dependency files reside on your computer by typing CD “folder name where the simulator resides on your computer” (e.g. c:\gpal\gt2).Now press Enter.
3) Next Type Regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX to register dependency file MSCOMCTL.OCX  and press Enter. You should get a message DllRegisterServer in mscomctl.ocx succeeded".

If other dependency files need registering repeat from 3) using the missing dependency file name in full instead of MSCOMCTL.OCX.

The internet gives a lot of help on these issues.
